It wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad. I’d call it average. Decent plot, decent characters.
Another one of those series that I may have to go back and reread for all the little details. I hope there’s more to come. I want to hear more from this world.
I had just finished rereading the Harry Potter books and decided to follow those up with another series about a school for children who are⦠different. And it’s a very different series. Darker, more strange.
